Staff very helpful, pleasant. Room cleaner Joy was very pleasant as she continued to work and very helpful. The other helper who is a young woman was working with one hand as she continued to talk on her cell phone, (not the first time this has been observed) leaving Joy to do most of the work load. That's not a good thing to see for business. In this business, one never knows who is who. Having been a boss myself in a Legal field, she'd have been looking for a new job. Other then that, we have found it very nice, enjoying our stay and will recommend highly to others. Thank you. Sincerely, Room #129

Upon check-in I asked for extra towels as I had my 3 adult children with me which they gave us promptly! All appliances worked well in the room, and the ac worked well when the over 90 degree outside temperatures started! Beds were very comfy & we had plenty of space for our luggage. Room was very clean and we did not hear outside noises as the building is made of cement blocks.

Nice refrigerator and freezer and microwave and TV. Very clean, easy access off I90. Close to places we wanted to go to. Very pleasant stay. Would recommend to anyone.

Nice, updated, clean room. Very quiet. Walls are concrete block. Not thin 2x4 walls like new hotels. Definitely would stay there again if need to be in the area.

The motel was much quieter than we expected. That was great and it's also in a neutral location that was good for all of the things that we wanted to see.
